What's included in my package?
All packages come with the items that you've purchased, extra(s), and your very own slime care instruction card.

How do I track my package?
Once you place an order, an email will be sent to the email you have provided with your order with a confirmation number of your payment. Once the item is shipped (within 4-6 days) another email will be sent with a tracking number for you to track your package.

My order was lost during shipment. What do I do?
Please email us if your order does not arrive within the approximate/expected time frame ([email protected]) if your order is lost due to the problem with the carrier (USPS) we will fully refund your order. If your order was lost due to incomplete or wrong address, we will are not responsible for those packages.
